PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will primarily be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion. They will be tasked with defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives. Project Managers plan, budget, and allocate resources, while also managing timelines and project risks, and serve as a point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are aligned. By actively managing issues and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle, the post holder will strive to ensure that projects meet their objectives, are delivered on time, and stay within budget, ultimately driving the success and profitability of their initiatives.

Quantity Surveyor

This role plays a key part in the TriEX team. The post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction and utility projects.

PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial support role acting as the administrative backbone of the project team. Tasked with organizing and controlling project activities under the direction of a Project Manager, they will facilitate the smooth execution of projects by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and communicating updates to clients. Additionally, they will handle documentation and maintain project files to ensure that all project details are accurately recorded and easily accessible. Through meticulous organization and proactive problem-solving, the Project Coordinator helps ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, thereby contributing to the successful delivery of project goals.
